We make everything from scratch and go to great lengths to use local ingredients. This position is responsible for the pizza kitchen and you must be happy to work with real ingredients, bake pizza bases and make sauces every day. The pizza kitchen is open during the day, but you will be part of a rotation, which also involves work in the ala carte kitchen in the evening. Briefly about the position

You will be responsible for running the front desk. This department is the heart of Solsiden and you will be responsible for ensuring that all reservations, requests and wishes from guests reach the right departments. You will be involved in coordinating staffing at the reception and cleaning, and you will be part of the management team of the general manager, together with the restaurant manager.

We want you to be proactive and creative and we are happy to take you on our marketing work if you have experience or thoughts about it. This position can also be a springboard for a permanent position in 2023. Either from the winter, or the summer if you are a final year student or similar.

We are looking for you who likes it nice and tidy. We need perfectionists who take responsibility for our hotel rooms, fisherman's cabins and restaurants appearing as "new" every day. You get one of the most important roles at Solsiden - it is not possible for us to create good guest moments, if it is not clean and tidy. We give you full training! This is a physical job and lifting and carrying must be expected.
